Qain offers monthly subscription services. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge you on a monthly basis.
• You can pause your subscription at any time. However, any payments made prior to pausing are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable.

3. Per Project Basis

If you prefer not to subscribe, we also provide our services on a per-project basis. The terms and pricing for such projects will be agreed upon separately and documented in a project-specific contract or agreement.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
